Test to verify what Terastallization does in battle.

      When a Pokémon is Terastallized, moves with a base power less than 60 that are the same type as its Tera Type have their base power increased to 60.

      In this Double Battle test, two Whirlipedes that have a Poison Tera Type and know the move Poison Sting face two Servines that know the move Sleep Talk. 

           Turn 1
     The first Whirlipede Terastallizes into the Poison type and uses Poison Sting on the first Servine.
     The second Whirlipede does not Terastallize. It uses Poison Sting on the second Servine.
     The first Servine uses Sleep Talk.
     The second Servine uses Sleep Talk.

     After Turn 1
     We verify that the Whirlipede that Terastallized did more damage than the Whirlipede that did not.
     We verify that the base power of the Terastallized-Poison Sting had a base power of 60.

      When a Pokémon is Terastallized, moves with a base power less than 60 that are the same type as its Tera Type have their base power increased to 60. This check happens after Technician, so if Technician brings the base power of a move to or above 60, this effect will not activate.

      In this Double Battle test, a Hitmontop with the Technician ability, a Normal Tera Type, and the move Pound is on a team with a Cinccino with the Technician ability, a Normal Tera Type, and the move Pound. Together they face two Servines that know the move Sleep Talk.

      Technician increases the power of moves which have a power of 60 or less by 50%. Hitmontop and Cinccino have the same base attack of 95. 

           Turn 1
     The Cinccino does not Terastallize. It uses Pound on the second Servine. (STAB ×1.5)
     The first Servine uses Sleep Talk.
     The second Servine uses Sleep Talk.
     The Hitmontop Terastallizes into the Normal type and uses Pound on the first Servine. (STAB ×1.5)

     We verify that the base power of the Cinccino's Technician-Pound had a base power of 60.
     We verify that the base power of the Hitmontop's Terastallized-Pound had a base power of 60.
     We verify that the Hitmontop did the same amount of damage as the Cinccino.

      When a Pokémon is Terastallized, moves with a base power less than 60 that are the same type as its Tera Type have their base power increased to 60, however, the boost does not apply to multistrike moves.

      In this Double Battle test, a Ferroseed (50 Base Attack) and a Skorupi (50 Base Attack) have the Bug Tera Type and know the move Pin Missile (25 Base Power). Together they face two Servines that know the move Sleep Talk.

     The first Servine uses Sleep Talk.
     The second Servine uses Sleep Talk.
     The Ferroseed Terastallizes into the Bug type and uses Pin Missile on the first Servine (×1.5 STAB).
     The Skorupi does not Terastallize. It uses Pin Missile on the second Servine (×1.5 STAB).

      When a Pokémon is Terastallized, moves with a base power less than 60 that are the same type as its Tera Type have their base power increased to 60, however, the boost does not apply to moves with increased priority.

      In this Double Battle test, a Pikachu (55 Base Attack) and a Starly (55 Base Attack) that have a Normal Tera Type and know the move Quick Attack (40 Base Power) face two Tepigs that know the move Sleep Talk. 

           Turn 1
     The Pikachu Terastallizes into the Normal type and uses Quick Attack on the first Tepig (×1.5 STAB).
     The Starly does not Terastallize. It uses Quick Attack on the second Tepig (×1.5 STAB).
     The first Tepig uses Sleep Talk.
     The second Tepig uses Sleep Talk.

     We verify that the Pikachu Terastallized.
     We verify that the Starly did not Terastallize.
     We verify that the Pikachu did the same amount of damage as the Starly.

      When a Pokémon is Terastallized, moves that increase in power (such as Rollout) are boosted if the move's base power would be below 60 when used.

      In this Double Battle test, a Sudowoodo (100 Base Attack) and a Scolipede (100 Base Attack) both have the Rock Tera Type and know Rollout. Together they face two Onix that know the move Sleep Talk. 

           Turn 1
     The Sudowoodo does not Terastallize.
     The Scolipede Terastallizes into the Rock type.
     The base power of Rollout is 30.
     The Scolipede uses Rollout on the second Onix (×1.5 STAB).
     The first Onix uses Sleep Talk.
     The second Onix uses Sleep Talk.
     The Sudowoodo uses Rollout on the first Onix (×1.5 STAB).

     The base power of Rollout is doubled to 60.
