      As soon as Terapagos assumes its Stellar Form, it will immediately neutralize weather and terrain effects.

      In this test, a Terapagos with the Tera Shift ability and the move Sleep Talk faces a Pincurchin with the Electric Surge ability that knows Rain Dance. 

           Turn 1
     The Terapagos changes into its Terastal form. Its ability changes to Tera Shell.
     The Terapagos uses Sleep Talk.
     The Pincurchin uses Rain Dance.
     Turn 2
     The Terapagos Terastallizes.
     The Terapagos is in its Stellar form and its ability has changed to Teraform Zero.
     The Terapagos uses Sleep Talk.
     The Pincurchin uses Sleep Talk.

     After Turn 1
     We verify that the Terapagos is in its Terastal form.
     We verify that the Terapagos has the Tera Shell ability.
     We verify that the Electric Terrain is active.
     We verify that heavy rain (Rain weather) is active.
